Meandering at the Museum with a Macro - As part of my wife's several-day birthday celebration we swung by the Rochester Museum and Science Center to relax. First we stopped by the planetarium to see "The Ring of Fire" about volcanos along and inside the Pacific rim. Just when we entered the museum proper, a guy in a lab coat announced that the "Energy Show" was about to begin so we followed him to fire and controlled explosions. After that we wandered about the museum and played. Leaving, I looked back through the front glass and saw an exhibit that introduced me to, or maybe reminded me of, the scruple as a unit of mass.
